Security Deposits
Security deposits and pet deposits are collected and carefully tracked, with all adjustments handled in accordance with Residential Tenancy Act requirements.
Non-Resident Tax
International owners are supported with non-resident tax requirements, including managing gross rent withholding and remitting the required 25% directly to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Vacant Property Inspections
Provide property checks (inside and outside) for vacant properties to ensure everything is in order. This includes checking for exterior damage from storms, vandalism and break-ins, plumbing and appliance leaks, electrical outages and heating operations.
