As founder, Managing Broker and Licensed Property Manager of Sunshine Coast Property Management, I bring 16 years of hands-on industry experience to every home I manage. My background in banking and mortgage lending gives me a unique edge - I understand property investment and housing finance from every angle, not just property management.Â

I personally oversee every aspect of the management process, staying current with British Columbia's Residential Tenancy Act to keep your investment fully compliant and professionally protected. Clear communication, transparency, and genuine care for both property owners and tenants are at the core of how I work.
